We are proud to offer PGT to our patients undergoing IVF at Hope Fertility. Using meticulous techniques for PGT, embryos can be screened for chromosomal abnormalities or diseases prior to embryo transfer.

In addition, PGT technology can be used to determine the sex of the embryo prior to embryo transfer.

The primary goal of PGT is to transfer unaffected embryos to increase the chance of pregnancy and decrease the miscarriage rate.

PGT is performed when cells from an embryo are sent to a genetic lab for testing.

Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is a technique used in vitro fertilization to test embryos for chromosomal abnormalities (PGT-A), chromosomal structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) or diseases (PGT-M)
