How We Can Help

Woman’s eggs are then fertilized with a man’s sperm in a lab. The fertilized eggs are grown for a few days to obtain embryos; thereafter one or more embryos is then transferred to a woman’s uterus.  Excess embryos may be frozen (cryopreserved) for future use. Reasons for IVF include:

  • Absent or damaged fallopian tubes
  • Problems with sperm numbers
  • Unexplained infertility
  • Endometriosis
  • Preimplantation genetic testing
  • Fertility preservation (egg and embryo freezing)
  • Donor eggs
  • Family balancing (gender selection)

Hope Fertility is committed to providing IVF at an affordable rate.  Our team has over 15 years’ experience performing IVF with a commitment to expanding families.  Using up-to-date and state-of-the art techniques we offer a plethora of IVF options such as conventional IVF, IVF/ICSI, Preimplantation genetic testing, family balancing (gender selection).

In-vitro Fertilization

In-vitro Fertilization also known as IVF is a type of assisted reproduction where a woman’s eggs are obtained surgically after fertility medications.

It is often used in combination with fertility drugs or shots to help increase the chance of pregnancy.  The IUI procedure consists of injecting washed sperm into a woman’s uterus by use of a catheter.  Reasons for IUI include:

  • Unexplained infertility
  • Cervical abnormalities
  • Problems with sperm numbers or delivery
  • Lack of ovulation
  • Donor insemination
At Hope Fertility, intrauterine insemination is performed using washed sperm. Our trained laboratory technician washes each sperm sample to ensure the best outcome. A semen analysis is performed for each sample and reviewed with the patient to determine the quality of the sperm prior to the IUI.

Intrauterine insemination

Intrauterine insemination also known as IUI is a procedure that places sperm into a woman’s uterus around the time of ovulation.

Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is a technique used in vitro fertilization to test embryos for chromosomal abnormalities (PGT-A), chromosomal structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) or diseases (PGT-M). Possible reasons for PGT:
  • Known genetic disorder
  • Advanced age
  • Recurrent miscarriage

We are proud to offer PGT to our patients undergoing IVF at Hope Fertility.  Using meticulous techniques for PGT, embryos can be screened for chromosomal abnormalities or diseases prior to embryo transfer.

In addition, PGT technology can be used to determine the sex of the embryo prior to embryo transfer.

The primary goal of PGT is to transfer unaffected embryos to increase the chance of pregnancy and decrease the miscarriage rate.

Preimplantation genetic testing

PGT is performed when cells from an embryo are sent to a genetic lab for testing.

Egg freezing also known as social freezing involves freezing mature eggs that are surgically harvested after a woman takes fertility medications. Reasons for egg freezing:
  • Medical reasons
  • Personal/Social reasons
At Hope fertility, we are proud to offer egg freezing to women who are not ready to have children.  Using vitrification (the latest technology in egg freezing), women can freeze their eggs giving them an option to postpone pregnancy due to medical reasons such as cancer treatment or personal reasons such as career advancement or waiting for the right partner without worrying about their biological clock.

Egg Freezing

Mature eggs are frozen for future pregnancy for women who are not ready to have children.
